Called to get a quote for a truck I'm working on. Talked to a woman and was told to send the VIN to her through a text. Sent the vin within a few minutes. I have not received any call back or text with my quote. Will not ever use this place if this is how service will be! I own an auto repair shop myself but do not normally rebuild transmissions so I outsource the work. Could've made them some decent money. Too late now though as I am now learning how to rebuild transmissions in shop.

Was the only shop in West TX willing to touch my '96 Eclipse GS. Even then they sent it out to their Abilene, TX shop 4 the work. Kathleen the service manager was always polite & courteous to me. Allowed me to pay over a course of 2.5 months the the $4100 total parts & labor with a $1500 down (I volounteered that amount) I got a reman MT tranny with a 3yr/36k warranty. They got it from a jobber from MN for $2300.
They did an excellent job. The tranny was like new. Unfortunately one of the sr. mechanics told me my just rebuilt engine had a rod knock (I thought it was just a valve)
:( At least he told me vs. getting stuck on the side of the road.

Worse transmission shop they told me they had to buy brand new transfer case for my truck come to find out they just rebuilt it and charge me way too much . Plus not to mention they also didn't leave my truck right and won't help me fix it right if you want your truck to be running I wouldn't take it to them.
