I was with Allstate for over 2 decades faithfully paying over 3k a year and when I had a tire blowout on my 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 it destroyed my rear quarter panel. Allstate wanted to put band aids on my truck and bondo my rear quarter panel which was destroyed. They sent me a $1500.00 check and I am paying the other $4,100.00 out of pocket to have my truck repaired correctly. In fact the collision center that is repairing my truck will no longer deal with Allstate because of their cheapest route by bondo'ing everything and 6 months later the bondo falls out and your left with a vehicle with holes in it which leaves their customers blaming them. Stay away from the so called Good Hands.

Had a hail storm got an estimate for $6070. Allstate came out and looked under the car and inside the car. He said it was a total loose. Car only had 13000 miles on it. Guess they wanted it for themselfs. Allstate ins is a goner

A claim was submitted and in 2 days the money was in my account. I am truly in good hands with Allstate. I submitted a claim 2 years ago and it was handled the same way. Excellent company to do business with.
