Heads Up: Avoid This Company Highway Robbers
I had a troubling experience with this Roadservice company in Texas. They charged me $2,500 to replace four batteries and an alternator—a job that should've taken just a couple of hours. To make matters worse, they posted a video of the job on TikTok.
Additionally, I observed troubling behavior from the owner, who displayed racial biases towards foreign and Indian companies. This kind of pricing and discrimination is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding their services.
He has Nerve to say , it is one sided Story , Post a Picture of the any approved estimate of $2500? Your quote was $155 an hour and we disclosed all the parts and part numbers with pictures, So why didn't you bring those with you? and why you have to go back and get them? When dispatch was very clear to you , bring Batteries and Alternator with you. All the running around could have been avoided if you would have brought those parts with your originally or If you really had problem with Foreign workers , you should have denied to do service call at First.

Alternator Cost : $410(including Standard Mark up)
Total Charge : $970.00 . (including Standard Mark up)
We understand Mark up ,but this is called HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

First and foremost I would like to give a VERY BIG THANKS to Road Runners. I’m a female trucker and I was stranded out in Big Springs where I know no one and thousand miles away from home.
I was taken advantage of from Jim Coker AKA Road Ranger with my breakdown. After spending $2000 with Road Ranger, my truck still wasn’t operable and I was Pissed.
I spotted Road Runners doing a job in the Parking Lot of the TA and they assured me that they will take care of me and get me back rolling. They did exactly that. They got me back rolling, saved me money, time, and a headache.
They were ultra courteous, reliable, respectful, informative, and precise. I would recommend Road Runners to my Grandmother and know that she would be in great hands.
I’m thankful to know that whenever I’m in West Texas I have Mechanics that I can trust. ROAD RUNNERS DEFINITELY RUN WEST TEXAS.

Car hauler with blowout 30 miles south of Big Springs. Bryan showed up exactly when he stated he would in 106 degree weather and got me rolling in no time and didn't break the bank. Awesome work bro!

I had a seal go out on my front steer axle so I called roadrunner and they met me at the truckstop. They fixed my seal. And then about an hour later I was ready to hit the road. The staff was very courteous and good at their job and on top of all that they noticed I was military and gave me a military discount. I highly recommend roadrunner Road service
