We were here at least 2 years and NEVER had any problems. No issues with gates or staff or thieves. It was a good experience.

Upon moving in the storage unit it had an inch of dust on all the walls and flooring. It was from their construction site behind the storage facility that is also owned by Reliable. I asked if they switch us to another unit away from the back but they couldn’t due to no availability. They didn’t allow us to prorate before moving out even though they leased the unit in terrible condition at the beginning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone leasing towards the back. It’s really bad with the dust. I even tried placing a quilt on the door entrance so the dust wouldn’t get out of control. That didn’t help either. Unfortunately I can’t recommend UNLESS you get a unit not facing construction.

New facility with a friendly manager. Clean and well maintained. Price's are very reasonable too.

So left my old storage place and went to Reliable self-storage. I'm paying $10 more a month but have a ton more space I could fit twice the amount of stuff in this storage than my old one. One great thing is that you can pay online unlike my last one where they would wait weeks to cash your check.
The area is clean and secure! I wish I was using these guys for the past year and a half. The staff is friendly and helpful also. Great place!
