Keith helped me out finding the specific car I was looking for! We drove a couple hours for said car and he was incredibly accommodating. We had a lovely time and I really appreciate all the help we received! Highly recommend!!

My experience at any dealership can not be compared with the experience I encountered at Pollard Chevrolet. My salesman was Keith Ruddick and he was exceptional. There was no haggling, no pressure or any other performance in my decision making to purchase a car. He was honest and behaved in the highest level of integrity. Upon Cowboy Keith’s recommendation, I tested the suggested

Don't go to them for any repairs, under warranty or not. Story changes about issues, especially when you know what your taking about...and they can't pull one over on you. Took their quote of repairs to another dealership. Not only were they trying to get me to fix issues I didn't have, they were grossly overcharging for them. Untrustworthy and Unethical. Go somewhere, anywhere else

Bought a used car from them. It lasted almost a year and a half, but then engine blew up. I ended up getting a 2020 on the newer lot so they took back the old one.

Such amazing service and people. I drove from Odessa to Big Spring just to have them service my car. The ladies that answer the phone and work at the service center are friendly and so kind. The service center was able to diagnose my car and fix it in two days when all the other dealerships around were estimating to keep my car for at least a month. They knew we were coming in from out of town and were paying for a rental car and they helped us get our car back as soon as possible. They were such a blessing to our family!

I am a company owner and I have been for 30 years and have never been treated like I did in the service department . The lady had every excuse not to work on my 2022 Denali . We interrupted her lunch to be told we shouldn't have cleared the codes on the truck to get home and that the pictures of the codes I took were not good enough , also that the truck is used as a company truck so she don't think the warranty will cover it . So I'll take it to someone who wants to work on it . The other girls are great but ya need to get a new manager. The people who work for you are unfortunately how your business progresses.
