First appointment, they agreed that I would drop off my car in the morning and pick it up before 5:00 pm because I told them I had a trip planned, they started working on it 4:45, I left the shop around 6:30 pm.
Second appointment, they agreed that I could come after work and they would replace my oxygen sensor while I wait. I called the day before to confirm, but this time, they wanted me to leave my car in the morning.
No bias, just reporting my experience.

I ran over a piece of tire on the interstate and my car started making some noise. I was able to make it to Big Spring and looked up some places online and found this spot. I pulled in and told the gentleman what happened. He helped me immediately and gave me a temporary solution until I get back to my destination to get my car fixed. The problem will require getting my insurance involved. He was extremely fair with pricing. If you live in Big Spring or just passing through on I-20 and need a repair shop...this is your place! Thanks again!

My son needed a new motor in his car and being new to Big Spring, I didn’t know where to go. I was told about Mid-Tex and I would recommend him for any job, big or small. He was very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. He did a motor swap and my son has not had any problems with his car. Thank you

I came in off the interstate with some loose lug nuts and broken wheels studs. This shop was very quick to get me lug nuts from auto parts store and get me back on the road. They were very professional and didn’t charge me hardly anything. The guy who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this little shop.

This is the best shop and best people I've ever dealt with ever. I had to buy a new engine for my silverado because mine completely failed. Mike and his techs are the best, very skilled, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Mike went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and service needs. He was able to get my vehicle serviced immediately after I explained I was trying to get back home and went the extra mile to make sure my car was in great condition to travel. Wonderful customer service. I will be using them for all my automotive service needs.

Well, I was visiting and needed to get car brakes fixed. Called Mike and he called me back and said he had a cancellation and I could bring it in.. Got the parts delivered fast and I was out the door in a few hours. Great work and good communications. Will recommend this shop to everyone. Nice waiting room.
