Avoid doing business with metro at all coast there service sucks if you get a phone that you pay for you have to wait 190 days if you are unhappy with the service and then they change the wait time and I recently switched to another carrier and my tablet is still paid up they cut my tablet off and all I switched was my phone theft of service negative negative bad experience do not do business with and to top it off my tablet is paid for until the 23 it was shut off 1800 good luck on keeping customers are on having customers return to you

I recently visited Metro by T-Mobile to purchase a new phone. The sales associate was very kind and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences before suggesting several options. I highly recommend this store in Big Spring to anyone in need of a new phone. Keep up the fantastic work!

So I generally dread going places lol .. that being said we had the best experience at metro today mrs. Summer is amazing and helped my daughter with her tablet and was very kind .. definitely recommend seeing mrs summer she’s great

Employees were well knowledgeable about plans and devices, they made it easy to switch over to this carrier, I highly recommend using this Big Spring store, Summer took care of everything for me.
