I honestly don't even wanna put a star, I only did it to say that the customer service here is very very very disgusting especially how it's suppose to be a CVS. To the lady that's working rn 2:43pm 02/20/2024 hair pulled up with an attitude girl you are lucky I didn't get your name... If your so mad or hate your job so much you need to quit or find a new profession because this isn't working for you, your attitude is so disgusting and just unprofessional you alone with that negative energy is all over CVS smh and how management is gonna allow that type of behavior is just plain ridiculous and need better management skills or just let Walgreens come in and take it's place because that one employee mess up my experience for any CVS I go to from now on and it's sad that it's come to that. Leonard's wouldn't have allowed that at all. Ill take my business elsewhere they don't deserve to profit from me ?

I went to pick up medicine for this pharmacy. I received a text 2 hours earlier that the medicine was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy and the counter person did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. I had to speak to him first. I asked for the medicine, he said it was not ready and to come back. I was the only person in the store and told him I would wait. He never told the pharmacist that I was waiting. After about 30 minutes I asked again, he told the pharmacist that I was waiting and after about another 30 minutes the meds were ready. Another man walked in while I was waiting and again this employee did not acknowledge him!! Wow horrible!! I will not go back!!!

The last 2 times I've had my daughters proscriptions there the automated phone call told me when they were ready, the pick up window line was taking awhile like they are understaffed. So be patient.

I called at 7p and was placed on hold for the duration of 1hr-8pm their closing time. I picked up my rx’s and my blood pressure medication was missing, I was calling to f/u on the missing rx. My doctor texted me the day she sent the rx . It’s incredible how CVS allows its employees, especially pharmacy to be so discourteous and sloppy!

The worst costumer service experience I've ever gotten in my life. Came to get a test early morning and the staff was so rude about it. Came at night to get a vaccine shot and waited almost 2 hours to get it because they are understaffed. Pharmacist told me I didn't have an appointment when I clearly did and tried to pursue me to come another day when there are clearly available slots for vaccines.

Yesterday evening, I went through the drive through to get crutches. The lady said that they typically do that over the counter in store. My friend told her we just left ER and that I struggled to walk. She went toget the crutches! Thank you for going out of your way for a customer!!!!

Had issues the last two times I've used this place. They didn't have my daughter's prescription today and it took them three hours to transfer her prescription to another pharmacy.

Worst CVS in texas. Always long lines even after they text you to pick up your prescription. The staff is unapologetically rude and will tell you to go somewhere else if you complain. We have tried contacting them by phone for several days. I was on hold 40 minutes before giving up.

I have seldom ever had a positive experience with this CVS as my pharmacy. I will get notifications on my phone that my prescription is ready...but when I go to pick it up they tell me that it will be 30 min before it is ready. This is even when they have my prescription at all. Long lines, slow drive through and poor customer service makes this a pharmacy that needs help.

The only reason I use this pharmacy is the DT convenience. They are rude. I've never had to tell them in advance I'll have coupons for my prescriptions. I don't call my prescriptions in obviously as I'm not a physician. I've always given them at pick up time.Now, I understand things change and maybe the process is this need to be done before the script is filled but I do not work as a pharmacist or a tech. A little understanding goes a long way. No need to be rude. Going forward I'll choose another pharmacy.

Here lately they are closed more frequently due to no pharmacist. Ridiculous! Shouldn’t you have more than one pharmacist staffed? Makes me wonder how many people have to go without the medication they need, due to the lack of commitment from the pharmacist and lack of CVS making sure they have a pharmacist staff in rotation.
