Rented a front-end loader the employee was wonderful. But they took all day to pickup the equipment and said that we cracked the lens on the front loader. They want us to pay $500 to replace it. We looked up the price for this particular item (the most expensive one ) and the part at our cost was under $200 dollars, soo on that note how did they come up with a quote for $500? OH, I didn't include labor, which is under 1 hour of labor.

Unfortunately would not rent me equipment without a license even though equipment was manual. Had to go to Home Depot where identification was sufficient.
