Small local gym, that is reasonable in pricing, and a great selection of gym equipment for a smaller gym.

The fitness center is nice, has a lot of equipment and a backroom of free weights. The basketball gym is big and is used by people playing ? basketball. There are not a lot of places in town with basketball courts. The center is not 24 hrs, but it's not always real pack with people, which is good. I do not like the women's locker room. It is open, and you feel like you are in middle school changing in front of everyone. There is one bathroom in the locker room, and the door does not lock. If you want to use a bathroom that locks, go to the front, there is a women's restroom there with two stalls. Other than that, I do like to work out here because it's not crowded. You still have good options to get a good workout in. Also, I haven't forgotten about the staff, they are very friendly.

Nice workout facility, wish they had more cable machines, but other than that, nice facility. Friendly staff, not busy at all.

Learned I can run here. Ran a 2 mile in less than 12 minutes. Ran my first 5 minute mile here too. Staff is friendly. And you don't feel weird doing your own thing. Also sometimes you get to watch free basketball.
