I've had Fred Loya for over 5 years. I've made my payment on time every month. During those 5 years I've never had to file a claim. I have full coverage. The one time I file a claim they denied it. This company is a huge joke. After this weekend I am definitely changing insurance companies. I would highly advise people to not insured your vehicle here.

the manager of this office is corrupt !!!!she is the type to flirt with every walking object when she asked for my number i thought she was just being nice and it turns out she kept calling my husband to buy her things like food , and complain about how she needs more jewelry and how she has to do everything and hates her job! if i could give 0 stars i would!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH FRED LOYA FOR 2 YEARS WITH NO MISSED PAYMENTS , I LIVE OUT OF TOWN AND MY 6 MONTH POLICY WAS COMING UP RIGHT BEFORE MY PAYDAY, SO IT EXPIRED THE NEXT MORNING AND THAT MORNING I CALL TO MAKE MY PAYMENT LIKE I TOLD THEM I WOULD THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY PAYMENT UNTILL THEY SEE MY CAR, I HAD SENT THEM PICS BEFORE BUT NOT ITS A BIG DEAL SO WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE THEY SAID THATS FINE DO WHAT YOU HAVE TOO, I HOPE THIS GETS OUT TO THE HIGHER UP MAMAGEMENT BECAUSE THATS JUST A BAD WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, IM IN SALES AND I PROMISE I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE ,I WILL CONTINUE TO PASS THIS WORD AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG SPRING TX LOCATION IS NOTHING BUT RUDE EMPLOYEES AND ITS A BIG JOKE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL TELL WHO I KNOW NOT TO GO TO FRED LOYA INSURANCE.........
