As I waited in line this lady at cricket her name is Monica M and she was fast with such a great attitude and personality smiling the whole time attentive with all the customers needs She was such a big help with my needs and I would definitely be back as I feel I can talk to her and again her attentiveness to every customers needs she was amazing you have a great person working here I honestly think she should get a raise but good job Monica M

Walking inside i could see it was clean..there were a fair share of customers which meant id have to wait, or business was good..meeting Monica was different because she was working alone the day i went. She was very professional and courteous. With accurate attentiveness she serviced everyone before closing time..

Wish I would've stayed longer but the Ass Hat that was showing off for his female trainee made me so mad I left. Instead of doing business with this goober,, I went to the AT&T store and bought a 14 Pro for $1200.00. I hope I over paid by a LOT!! Mr cricket showoff,,, you wont ever get any of my money.

I have never in my life had this many difficulties.almost every single call is dropped. 4 and 5 and one time 7 in an hour phone call. I care for the disabled and I got them on cricket and I get calls all days and night about what's wrong with their phone. My boss told me to get off Cricket because it drops calls. It's cheap so if you get on it you'd be better off with a megaphone. Every time I call the B.S. store they all say well my phone doesn't drop calls. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

From one business owner to another...We advise you to put a note on your doors if you are not going to be staffed. The staffed hours show someone will be in at 10 AM and no one is there, the phone line is busy, and customers are waiting outside. This is not a professional look on Cricket.

Horrible customer service as far as the afternoon shift goes. I guess since it was almost closing time they didn’t want to sell my wife a phone and apparently the “system was down” when we literally called 5 min before just to make sure and they didn’t mention a thing. I understand you hate your job but having a bad attitude and face tells a lot about your character.

Went in to cricket in Big Spring, TX Spoke with Sarah & Estephania both of them were very helpful on porting over from a previous carrier.Prices per month are by far better than any other carriers as well.

This place is horrible untruthful. My husband paid our bill in Amarillo TX cuz he had to go out of town and they said at this store here it didn't count since he paid in Amarillo but yet they could see on there computer clearly we had paid it 2 days before it was due but there was nothing either store could do for us
