Bad form on an otherwise a nice stop.”
“I always go to this store to fuel my car, the reason they only get 4 stars is because the parking lot really needs to be bigger, it’s really hard to get in and out especially when vendors are delivering products to the store”

“This is my place of employment and has been now for 1 years. I enjoy coming to work with my co workers and we have a very amazing manager, Laura Murphy. We strive to have a very safe and clean environment. We work together as a team to make sure that our customers are very satisfied with our customer service and to make sure that we provide a clean safe store at all times.Yes there is going to be those that we may not be able to satisfy all the time, but we strive to keep our customers happy and coming back. This company is one of best companies I have been employed with in my 40 plus years of working with the public. I would like personally thank all of our customers for their business and for continuing to come back and shop with our store. Without them we wouldn't be anything. And I would also like to thank each co worker and manager for all their hard work to make this one of the best stores in our area. “One of the best things i have found in this store is the community coffee. In particular the Cafe de Olla that coffe is so good. But sometimes there is none made. But then yall at least still have hot dogs. The employees are always cool and friendly. All around a good store. This store took a better route in the transition than the others did.”
“Stopped by this store on a whim. Went ahead and ordered some lunch. I got a cheeseburger and Fries. With a fountain drink. I have to say, that was one of the best burgers I have ever had!! I live I Odessa, but will be traveling back to Big Spring soon. Just to have another one of these great big juicy burgers and some super good fries!!”

Pizza made fresh, burgers, Wings and daily lunch specials. There is alittle wait time during lunch but nothing over 10 min...
If you don't want to wait then I do recommend you call ahead 15 min before making the stop..”

“A Shell Station is a Shell Station is a Shell Station, no more no less. It's a great little convenience store for lotto tickets, snacks, ice, gas and drinks. affordable prices, friendly staff, clean and well lit. adequate parking as most stores of those types go. So nothing really special but it's nice to have them in even small towns like the one I live in much less the major cities.”

“From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with amazing smiles with these three just absolutely made my experience extraordinary. I went in to grab a drink and walked out buying 6 tacos and 4 large drinks because of their Knowledge and friendliness. I buy a lot from this store but never experienced this type of customer service! Nigel, Amie, and James at the Bug Spring Stripes are the best!”
“The last 2 times I've had my daughters proscriptions there the automated phone call told me when they were ready, the pick up window line was taking awhile like they are understaffed. So be patient.”
