“One star for the clean bathrooms, one for the quick credit card authorization/fill at the pumps, two for the cashier who *didn't* take out her frustration with a customer on the next of us in line, and ZERO for the employee who talked negatively about said customer in front of me. Bad form on an otherwise a nice stop.”
“Cannot beat the friendly, efficient staff. They ALWAYS keep the fridges stocked with super cold canned drinks. The employees carry your items to your car! My go to. Love this store!!”

“One of the best things i have found in this store is the community coffee. In particular the Cafe de Olla that coffe is so good. But sometimes there is none made. But then yall at least still have hot dogs. The employees are always cool and friendly. All around a good store. This store took a better route in the transition than the others did.”

We strive to have a very safe and clean environment. We work together as a team to make sure that our customers are very satisfied with our customer service and to make sure that we provide a clean safe store at all times.Yes there is going to be those that we may not be able to satisfy all the time, but we strive to keep our customers happy and coming back. This company is one of best companies I have been employed with in my 40 plus years of working with the public. Pizza made fresh, burgers, Wings and daily lunch specials. There is alittle wait time during lunch but nothing over 10 min...
If you don't want to wait then I do recommend you call ahead 15 min before making the stop..”

“Stopped by this store on a whim. Went ahead and ordered some lunch. I got a cheeseburger and Fries. With a fountain drink. I have to say, that was one of the best burgers I have ever had!! I live I Odessa, but will be traveling back to Big Spring soon. Just to have another one of these great big juicy burgers and some super good fries!!”

“A Shell Station is a Shell Station is a Shell Station, no more no less. It's a great little convenience store for lotto tickets, snacks, ice, gas and drinks. affordable prices, friendly staff, clean and well lit. adequate parking as most stores of those types go. So nothing really special but it's nice to have them in even small towns like the one I live in much less the major cities.”

I went in to grab a drink and walked out buying 6 tacos and 4 large drinks because of their Knowledge and friendliness. I buy a lot from this store but never experienced this type of customer service! Nigel, Amie, and James at the Bug Spring Stripes are the best!”
