I've been with boost for years and never had an issue but every year I'm with boost, the customer service keeps getting more dumb and disrespectful.
Went in today to do an upgrade and separate someone off my plan. Th lady told me to come by around 12pm and she could help me. So I stopped by for her to waste 30 mins of my time to tell me that she couldn't do an upgrade, switch my plans, or get a new phone without her supervisor. Why are you guys hiring children who can't do their jobs? Bring back the old boost mobile where I'm in and out in 5 mins.

I went into boost on November the 4 and asked the lady if I could get a new Sim because my Sim stopped working. She said because my phone was cracked and because my tray was bent that that was probably the reason. I told her that I felt that my Sim was the problem because it would tell me that a sim card that didn't belong was in there. But the lady said I would need a new phone. I asked if I could just purchase a new sim.She said noThat only if I bought a new phone. So I went to San Angelos Boost Mobile and they sold me nrw sim and my phone is working. I only needed a new sim .So I'm so disappointed in the customer service in big spring boost mobile. I'm not in the money so if I would have just took her at her word and threw the phone away, I would not have a phone right now. Bur I could not understand how they would not let me buy a sim. So I'm glad I checked that out.

Very bad experience with this store. The rep managed to use our upgrade but we did not walk away with a new phone. The manager Ashely knew about this rep doing this before to someone else and even spoke with the regional manager Toni but they decided there was nothing that could be done. No credit, no discount, no phone. Had to buy a new phone online at full cost with no upgrade discount. Customer Service is horrible, very unexperienced employees. Would not recommend anyone going to this store, you will not be helped properly and if a mistake is made on their part it will NOT be corrected.

So glad they got their staffing issues fixed. The new manager and sales reps are great and the store has been open everytime I have stopped in to pay my bill or get help with my phone.

The lady that was working tonight was very rude. I got there at 6:45pm the door was already locked she came unlocked it and I thought to let me in but no it was for her to leave. When I asked if they was already closed she rudely said YES mind you the sign and online states they close at 7pm.

Went to the store at 10:00 store was closed Went back at 11:00 still closed. This was on a Friday morning. Went back at 12;30. Service was good after finally finding them open.
