If I could give this business a 0/5 stars I absolutely would. I feel like they continuously increase their prices and price gouge their clients. The tech and doctor in training, were heard speaking ill about me and my husband regarding me discussing pricing with him via the phone. They stated something along the lines of "she can't even make a decision by herself" which was not the case, I just felt like it was fishy to be charging me $581 for yearly shots & heart worm medicine. This unfortunately was not the first time I have heard the staff speak about clients and their pets in the hallways outside the rooms. The building is very acoustic and they are clearly not Conscious about this. Extremely unprofessional, and I do not recommend their services at all.

My big boy, Bear, tore his ACL last year. Dr. Marshall, Aaron, and the Techs did a surgery for him and his leg is all better! We have now established care for both our babies and they're always happy to help us. ✨️??? thank you Big Spring Vet!! You guys are amazing!

I don’t have many words, but I’ll say this I drive all the way from Midland to bring my pets here that’s how good they are. That’s how reasonable they are. That’s how honest they are, these are some of the kindest most caring individuals I have ever met. Their compassion is worth the inconvenience of 45 minutes one way 45 minutes the other.

My dog Booger has had a gallbladder surgery and a dental here. The staff that helped me (Dr. Marshall , Bri, and Aaron ) were nothing but professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The best veterinary clinic in all of West Texas ❤️?

Great experience for our dog Ozzy and us. Our dog is very sensitive and has serious mental breakdowns after every vet visit without our assistance. We rescued him from the street a few years back so we don’t know his story. We’ve called many other veterinarians and nobody was willing to let us hold him for needed echocardiogram of his heart. This place had absolutely no problem with that. Not only they let us assist the dog but they were exceptionally welcoming and professional. We also believe we were charged very fairly and planing to keep coming back in the future. Unfortunately for us they are over 2hrs of driving away from us but it is worth it. We highly recommend the place especially if you’re dealing with a pet that has some emotional issues and needs your presence. These people really care about the comfort of your little friend.

Hell I'd have surgery over there. We could only wish that hospitals were as efficient and well staffed and knowledgeable as the Big Spring Veterinarian Hospital. I've had two experiences with them one in the middle of a morning at 3:00 in the morning emergency. On an appointment schedule both were as effective and efficient as I've ever seen.

Amazing vet and staff. After our dog being sick for weeks with no answers we were referred here and had an answer and life saving surgery that day, everyone here took amazing care of Apollo and earned our business from here on out. Worth the drive from Odessa to know our pup is in the best of hands with Dr. Marshall and all of the staff here. We can't thank them enough!

Took my cat in for urinary problems. He had surgery that did help him for awhile. a few months later he had problems again its not there fault he ended up passing away, but he could have lived but they absolutely will not work with you if pet is dying. Good staff I wouldn't come here unless ur wealthy I would have had to pay 1600$ 800 up front very exspenisve I would have done payments but no.

There’s not even close to enough words to express my gratitude to this place. I was super nervous about our dog Jax going into surgery for a torn ACL. This place and it’s staff made it a priority to make you feel comfortable and meet any needs you may have. They allowed me to stay with Jax throughout his ENTIRE surgery explaining to me everything they were doing and answering any questions I had. After surgery, they cleaned Jax up and allowed me to go lay in his kennel with him until they cleared him to leave. I have never experienced the level of compassion this place has. This entire staff is a God send. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO: Dr. Alex Marshall, Aaron Wagner, Amanda Rosa, and Makala Tanis! Thank all of you!♥️??♥️

Carley was great at the front desk . The gentleman that took care of Bellas' nails was friendly and did a great job. I can always tell when people love their job. I only came by to get Bellas nails clipped today, but if something arises while I'm in this area, it's nice to have a go-to place for my animal care needs.

The only place I have taken any of our beloved furbabies ? Helped save 2 from very serious situations. Our Cane Corso is so loved from his his first puppy visit yrs ago that he loves going and is excited to see the staff along with the staff always remembering him by name ?
