I called for help because we had a flat in the middle between Gladewater and Big Sandy with no jack or tools. Johnson recommended a tow truck from over 35mi away. Directly across from Johnsons facility is a tire shop that got us back on the road for $35. All you had to do was try to help somebody in need, sir. I do not recommend your business to other people seeing as this is how you do business. Maybe next time you'll choose better when faced with a choice.

I just moved back to the area after 40 years in Central Texas. Belong to multiple Jeep group pages and get referrals from them on where to take my Jeep for repairs that are trustworthy and fair to "women" clients. My BIL and sister told me to take it here. I did and told him what little I could about my problem and what estimates I had seen online. 30 minutes later he called with his quote said would be plus or minus 100 but would call me if he found anything out of the ordinary. Literally being a small town I thought would be so much higher. Called next day and he said could get started in day or two. No problem I work from home. He called back a couple hours later and my Jeep was fixed. Right on target with his quote no extra unexpected fees. Small town living at it's best. Thank you Mr. Johnson.

He drove to my place to see if he could take tire off. I live about 4 minutes from.. He went above and beyond to help me. Very nice gentleman and I will be using him from now on .

Went for an state inspection Old man who owns the places is just flat out rude acted like I was wasting his time Mumbled something about not offering inspections anymore. I told him not to worry I wouldnt come back and to take the sign if he was so inconvenienced by doing them
