LC Container day off, and we were out for a back country bike ride. Some friends invited us over for dinner, so we stopped in to bring them some beverages as a thank you for hosting. The staff. Here was extremely helpful and assisting us in locating exactly what we needed and helping with, some other items we purchased but did not know we were needing lol. We will definitely be back to this store as the manager and clerk were extremely helpful and supportive and assisted us and everything we needed.

The beer in Big Sandy is never cold enough. My last resort! So disappointing when we don’t have allot of options. Once upon a time, we were the liquid capital of the area. Lots of competition to make customers happy.

My first and definitely my last time there. The second I walked in the lady at the front rudely confronted me about being underage and demanded an ID. She made an immediate assumption I was a kid trying to get away with something and treated me as such before even knowing. After my ID proved otherwise I was left alone. However, when they didn’t have what I was looking for and I went to leave, I was stopped again and in the same rude tone, asked why I was leaving without buying anything, almost as if confronting me that I was stealing. There’s a right and wrong way to ID someone, dropping the attitude would have made all the difference. Its no wonder all of their business is going to Winona

Terrible customer service. I bought a botte of whiskey by mistake and tried to return it, with the receipt. The woman at the counter can’t handle returns. Only the manager can. The manager tried everything to not take it back and succeeded. Receipt wasn’t pristine, it had been crumpled and corporate might night be able to read it! No hospitality, no kindness, no care or concern. There’s plenty of discount liquor stores just South on 155 that will appreciate your business. I recommend you go there.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the things I was looking for amongst their large inventory. Several different liquors that can’t be found at other stores were in stock here. The cashier took care packing the bottles into boxes so I could carry it out.

A Spec's affiliated store without the discounted prices or sparkling interiors of their large market brethren, selection is decent, staff is friendly enough. In a pinch, it'll do.
