I gotta tell y’all. Victor and Frankie are the BEST! Not only did they locate the problem, THEY SHOWED IT WAS A NATIONAL SHOP’S MISTAKE! These mechanics charged the national shop and got me a whole new dodge rear end, FREE OF CHARGE, AND DID IT RIGHT! I cannot express how much Victor and his team saved me and my livelihood. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY who has a vehicle issue. Even if you are not in the Big Lake, Tx area. It is more that worth the trip!

Frankie and Victor went out of there way to help me out, loaned me a truck so I could get back to work and got my truck fixed in a timely professional manner. At a fair price. Highly recommend BL MACO and these great folks.

BL-MACO, you can rate them a number 10, Platinum, Gold or A+, but the most important thing is that Victor and his crew understand and practice the true definition of SERVICE. I broke down a couple miles south of Big lake on 137, pulling an oilfield trailer. The clutch was out of my 2500 series Dodge. I called BL-Maco and within 15 minutes Victor arrived with a pull truck for my trailer and a wrecker for the truck. Within an hour, a new heavy duty clutch assembly was put on order and quickest delivery was noon the next day. That afternoon the transmission was removed and everything made ready for installing the new clutch assembly. The clutch parts arrived the next day on schedule, and within 3.5 hours the truck was ready for a test drive and it indeed was ready to go. That next afternoon I was hooked up to the trailer and ready to roll. That was under 30 hours from the time the failure occurred, and most of that time was spent waiting on parts. On top of this excellent service, Victor lent me a vehicle to get to the hotel and dining establishments. Furthermore, Victor's wife that takes care of the books, and is a full time elementary school teacher is a delightful person and told me much about the community of Big lake, the town in which both she and Victor have lived their lifetimes. The folks at BL-Maco are not only providing an outstanding service, but also adding value, in many ways, to the community of Big Lake, Texas!

Victor and his crew bailed us out big time! we had guys stranded and a job to get to and finish. they went above and beyond rounding up parts and getting us back on the road within our deadline to get the job done. Awesome job guys. I highly recommend this shop!

Had a family member needing a tow at 10:30pm, we called BL-Maco (Victor) towing and quoted us a ridiculous price. $200 to get towed 15 miles, it was after hrs and there are only two towing companies in Big Lake TX so we didn't have many options. We called Victor back to give him the go ahead but never answered. Hope no-one gets stranded in this area after hrs because the towing services here are not reliable.
