In the pharmacy there is one particular lady who is always working either the front desk or drive thru in the evening, she is always so rude! Even when you call she is rude! Called today to check my prescription and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then when I called back she kept putting my info in wrong and was also talking to someone else while on the phone with me. Never have had this problem!

I would like to review Sara a technician in the pharmacy. She is an exceptional employee. She helped save me money on my prescriptions. She went above and beyond in her dedication to Walgreen's customers. I highly recommend her. A true advocate.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I went to get my prescription opened it up and saw the bottle did not look at full as it should and there were 10 pills missing. I immediately walked right back in told them what had happened they said they would contact the pill station I said I would wait. Waited 30 minutes for them to hand back the same bottle and said they would have to talk to the pharmacy manager. I have filed a complaint with the board and will NEVER get my medicine from that pharmacy again!

for the love of god get your medicine anywhere else, i’ve never had a good experience with this pharmacy, i call prescriptions in & go up days later & they’re not ready. i put things on automatic refill & they’re never ready, i have doctors call in medicines & they’re never ready, i’ve been given the wrong dose of medications as well. this is the most incompetent pharmacy i’ve ever dealt with

Sign says both drive through lanes open but there is a piece of paper over the machine at lane 2 that you can’t see until you pull up

Pharmacy review. Worst service I have ever experienced. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and continuously cut me off when I tried to speak. She talked down to me like I was stupid when I was asking about my prescription. Will not be doing service through them again.

My Family and I have been going to this Walgreens for about 10 years and had great experience, For especially being always understaffed A lot of the time. I know coronavirus has a big Deal in all of this , but here the last last 6 or 7 months months there have been serious issues with getting medications on time , due to staff changing So often I personally knew everyone that worked there And they treated you like family but they have moved on to better themselves in there career, and Find a better working environment.. And as you can tell At the ratings they have. I personally hope they change Thanks around So I can stay going to the Walgreens that I always enjoyed...
