Honestly seriously considering switching from Walgreens to a small, local pharmacy. It’s always a toss up between them asking for name or dob to find your script so I always just tell them I’m picking up and wait for them to ask me. The last few times, they sit there and stare at me after I tell them I’m picking up like I’m supposed to know what info they want. And it’s still a toss up on what they end up asking for. And a lot of the time they’re rude about it.

They pharmacy has always been very helpful in getting my meds. They always make sure I understand what I'm taking and if it's a new one they go over possible side affects.Very friendly staff.Hope my insurance doesn't make me change.

The pharmacy staff is so RUDE more the technician, I’m a paying sick customer. I didn’t understand something and was talked down to, I paid cash put it in the tech’s HAND and the tech at the front Debra returned my change by putting it on the counter sliding it to me, as we as the product I purchased. She also wants to cough in her HAND then grab your products like this isn’t a whole pharmacy. If you can go to any other pharmacy go there instead.

This is the WORST Walgreens in the freaking world! Unless of course you like attitude, laziness and being around people that are furious their unemployment ran out they have to work now. Fire them all & start over.

Slowest service EVER! Employees are trying but they simply don’t have enough in pharmacy. Waited in drive through over 15 minutes multiple times.
