Something went wrong with one of the tires later that evening (it was a used tire so it happens) which is no fault of theirs and instead of jumping on here and making a bad review like most people, I messaged them and they did everything to make it right. “A huge shout out to Greg and his team, who helped me out of a tough and awkward situation. While transporting my deceased dog to God's Creatures, I got lost and turned into a business across the street from their business. I drove over a culvert and thought I'd have to be towed. I was stuck in the culvert in front of a day care. With my dead dog in a box. One of their workers came out and suggested that I call China Spring Lube and Service, which was across the street. Greg came over and figured out how to help me. He and one of his employees jacked up my car and got it out of the culvert. I mentioned that I had heard a weird noise under my car. They figured it out, put it on the ramp and fixed it quickly. Even though I don't live that near them, I may need to make this my new mechanic. Also shout out to the many China Spring residents who stopped to see it I was okay.”
“Service here was top notch! I recently had a flat and the tire couldn't be repaired and didn't want to buy a brand new tire because I knew I would need to replace a whole new set before long.. so I reached out to these guys to try and find a decent used tire to hold me over in the mean time.
The guys here found me a used tire that looked better than the other tires I had on my car and had it mounted and back on my car in less than 20 minutes and it only cost me $50
Definitely recommend them and will use again in the future!”

“Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”
