The food is terrible . The first time I bought a chicken plate the chicken was flat out raw. I stopped going there to day my daughter got a chicken plate bloody raw chicken . How do they stay open. I'm sure others are complaining as well.

Even with the changeover to 7-Eleven from Stripes 24/7, the employees are always super friendly!This is a tough business and dealing with the public is not easy.Skip the other stores and come here first.....

One of the employees made a racist comment towards me at the register. I only give it one star because I love the little hispanic kid/dude whatever he is that works nights, hes always friendly and polite but very quiet and not running off at the mouth like most of them.

Worst stripes location in Texas. Will never even attempt to go to this TERRIBLE PLACE again. Poorly run, no acknowledging customers, inappropriate conversations in background. I said guess they are closed for business as another man said a few choice words and left along with me. The food looked old anyway maybe because no one was able to get any service. I counted 4 employees who all looked at me but not 1 acknowledged my presence besides making eye contact. I go out of my way to visit stripes since they are all located in the opposite side of town but I will NEVER stop at this trashy location again.

I had just left the Franklin store to see if I could get better service. I did get my plate as we were going to get ready to pay. A cook told a cashier that she had a line a the register and she needed to go her help. Instead of being a team player the employee respond out loud. She didn't care she was getting off at 2pm and she was going to do her 2 side jobs and go home. There was one girl at the register taking care of all customer's using all 3 registers. I thought that it was unfair for the other girl to be so blunt and unwilling to be a team player. Giving Stripes Great Customer Service. I thought the Franklin store was bad, I was so wrong. I did tell the cashier that she needed to a raise. She stated she had help but the worker was on the floor doing other things. I replied and told her that was not the reason. She spoke out loud and said what she said. She did not care.

Horrible customer service. I've been a regular for 4 years. Most of the long term staff have left the few that are still there seem to be the only employees with good customer service. This place needs better training.

Its a good place to get breakfast when you can. Have called in a order many times and have been told "they didn't get it" or "it wasnt ready" not sure if I want to keep going here.

Food is really bad stopped in this morning tortillas were square looking and half the size as normal when i asked about them I was told it was because of the masa made the night before.... dude Im mexican don't B/S me the barbacoa was old pico was old also.not enough help behind the food and definitely behind the checkout counter to help the 1 rude cashier ST#2427 CSH:60 7/25/19 @ 8:08AM This place needs to be overhauled or shut down for real. Numerous reports have been made on this store but it has yet to be fixed.....
