“Debbie is amazing she's a very hard worker she's always helping customers one the floor or behind the counter she sometimes gets overwhelmed because she's the only one upfront because don't know where the other workers are. It will be past 10 minutes and don't see other workers around. They need more workers on the floor. I've seen customers walk out because of this.”

“To start the first star is for the place as I walked in I see smiling faces the second star is for the items it wasn't all over the place the third star is for the people when I went in I was greeted properly as I walked in and even while I was purching the last 2 stars are because of cj not only did he help but he was quick and moved with urgency when I was making some choices he really deserved more stars but I can only rate 5”
“They are more fair then most pawn shops, they offer about the same of any other and the people there are always nice, besides a lady that I won't mention, just seems to be shes always irritable and if you asked her for help she would act like you were bothering her or annoying her. She is not a people person at all and needs to be working in a cubical or at a desk somewhere where she doesn't interact with anyone. Anyway, besides that you have great team working there and never a negative experience going inside, also they give you plenty of of time to claim or extend your item if you forget about it or don't have the money on the day it is due. They give you a good leeway on your item which has saved me numerous times”
