Well I ordered a part online that was supposed to be in store but when I got there the rude guy at the counter told me it was at the warehouse. I need my car fixed today so I can go to work and give GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE unlike I got. When I walked in he was sitting down with his head on the counter never even got a hello. By the way his name is Sal. He processed to rudely tell me that the part is at another store not even 5 miles away, but I would have to pay for it there. Why I ordered it online why not just do a transfer, probably because that would be good customer service. Had I known this I wouldn’t have drove 50 miles for the part when I could have ordered it in my town and it would be here tomorrow. Needless to say I will have to miss work and find another way to the Beverly Hills location in Waco to get my part. Sal needs to learn from the store in Bellmead as soon as I walked in there to get corporates number the store manager spoke and was kind the whole time even though I didn’t purchase anything at that location.

I want to give a big thank you to staff members Gabriel R. and Daniel Webber. Our vehicle unexpectedly wouldn't turn on and both employees did not hesitate to help us late at night. Hands down to them both, best customer service ever! They truly went above and beyond to help and had great attitude the whole time!!! Thank you for going the extra mile!

asked Michael if he knew how to change a headlight bulb and he said "you're my last customer, let me clock out then I can help you" and he helped me change my bulb, he was also very kind. He deserves a raise in my opinion

Gabriel is a rockstar! Not only installed a new battery for us, but also taught me how to do it in case I’m ever in a pinch and most importantly how to do it SAFELY. Gabriel and the rest of the team here on Valley Mills are the best!!

Rolled into Waco without a headlight. Came to autozone and popped the hood to access how to change it. One of their staff members (Jose) walked by and checked on me. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and advice on getting it fixed. Tough having to repair your vehicle on the road, but it's great to have people who truly seek to help their customers. Jose...YOU THE MAN! I wish the best to you! Thanks.
