Update: This store has gotten much better overall, but today was certainly an exception. There were hot food choices behind the counter but there was nobody there to serve it. When I inquired, the store clerk working the other side apologized but said that they couldn't find the person that was supposed to be there serving it.
When I expressed frustration over that process, the clerk did not respond professionally.
There is definitely a disconnect somewhere because I was in the store ready to order and there was nobody there that could fill it.

Restrooms are always closed when I visit, making me go up the street to QT. Seems to be a lazy trick to avoid having to clean them.

I ask for one add on in the taco and y'all manage to forget. Y'all already only throw in one single lousy little piece of bacon in the taco and I can't even get that. This is a issue 75% of the time.

Seems like no matter what hour I show up to this store it's always closed for an hour, even right now as I sit here at 4:00 a.m. there is a sign that says closed for cleaning, open back at 3:00 a.m., I've been over here at 2:00 a.m. 3:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. 5:00 a.m. and they're always closed. Is the store even real? Is it just a front for something? I guess nobody wants to do their job. People clearly in there, you could call all you want, they won't answer for anything. Whoever eventually DID answer the phone, their first insinuation was that I was somehow wrong about the 3:00 a.m. sign, telling me that's actually when they closed, not when they opened back up. Whilst I'm literally looking right at it. Guess what the sign said? Open back at 3. Unprofessional beyond all belief.
And no, I'm not doing any additional details to your review site, I see the 'store owner' going around answering reviews with a cheap copy paste response. You haven't done anything based on all the past reviews, you won't do anything.
No more 7/11s for me! (:

I got off Fr work @about 1;30 AM to get me some thing to drink and thy was closed and door where locked ? I seen this boy he just walked away like did not see me ya right a Bk boy please I know you seen me I’m sick of this you want a free paycheck go work at Whataburger and over there thy do ? there door two some time

Constantly closes the store for “cleaning”. Two people working and one of them couldn’t let me get what i needed really quick? This location is supposed to be open 24hrs.. Would be fine if it was consistently closed and opened at the same time, but it is not. Change your sign to 23hrs pls.

Hard time getting through the line because of managers not wanting to help their employees during peek hours. Can't make a living If I'm not on the road, waiting in line to pay for my stuff. Only positive thing is the employees are very helpful and cheerful.

The GM constantly makes up stories and makes lewd comments to customers and staff. Very unprofessional.

Say 24 hours but employee locked the door and was walking around while people trying to get in not this first review this morning got there at 3:45 left at 4 a.m. yall need a new employee!!

Even with the changeover to 7-Eleven from Stripes 24/7, the employees are always super friendly!This is a tough business and dealing with the public is not easy.Skip the other stores and come here first..... In the mornings when these type of stories are extremely busy, you will get in and get out quickly!

To the store manager : Please explain to your worker Kenya that the icees that say “ medium “ on a cup are actually smalls and should not come to $3.01 . If we got sodas it would be under “ medium “ but we got icees . We went over this yesterday they are $1.08 and after explaining that to her she ignored it & said y’all check cameras etc and that she was right I was not . It’s very annoying .

Great shopping experience, they had just what I needed when it was icy/snow and couldn't make it to a regular store. Employees actually acted like they cared as well.
