Do not go here for food. It's over priced and old. Paid 8 bucks for a pre-made burger because they no longer make fresh food. It actually used to be good but now you get old burger with nothing but old cheese and meat. I understand it's a convenient store but they used to make good food as you order but they have gone downhill. Sorry for this review but just wanted to warn everyone. No more fresh food only old food that's been sitting a long time

This place reeks of old grease from their fried foods ( which are gross). I go in there to buy water, beer, soft drinks. etc. When I get home my wife says I smell like old grease. I even had to stop buying my drinks from there because they all smell like old grease even though they are kept in the coolers.

Coffee machine has some pretty good coffee (freshly ground by the machine). There are large dispensers of coffee creamers, half & half, sugar, etc... The attendant and manager were both friendly. One request: additional healthy options.

Awful service. No cleanliness. No masks on employees or required inside. Breaking the state wide mandate. Previous reviews pretty much show how little they care. Don't go here unless you're going to die otherwise

So my girlfriend has been working here for almost 6 months and the so called "mannager" glynette was straight up cussing out my girlfriend in front of all these costumers and was EXTREMELY childish and RUDE towards my girlfriend and also the costumers. One of the WORST convenience stores I've ever been in let alone one of the WORST mannager I've also ever seen. Not recommend if you want to get cussed out and horrible attitudes.

they just try to sell me potato wedges that were almost black they were so old and very soft she said I'm not going to charge you for them you can have them from free. No thanks chicken tenders were very rubbery not a fan

All but two employees have attitudes everytime you go in. The mornings are a complete mess. Will have anywhere from 10 to 15 customers waiting in line and only one register open. Although you can see 3 employees there. Also seems like most of the employees dont know most of the products in the store. Have bought horrible food from the kitchen. Horrible only because it was obviously several hours older than dirt. Sad part is...the other gas station in Bertram is even worse. I gave two stars only for the two employees that are actually good.
