“My Mother's kitchen lights stopped working. She's elderly with not the best vision and I didn't want her to hurt herself in the dark kitchen.
I called a few electricians and no one got back to me and I finally got a hold of a local handyman.
Even though I emailed him on his day off he got back to me quickly and we set up a time for him to drop by at the end of the week.
The next day he messaged me in the middle of the afternoon and told me he finished up on a job early and could he stop by that evening?
I said sure.
He fixed everything quickly and efficiently.
Mom said he was friendly and genuine. And they haggled a bit for future home repairs.
We both appreciated the quickness and the good attitude.”

They know the business inside out and have a broad range of knowledge so you don't get 'the blank stare' most of the other parts house employees get when asked a question. I sound impressed because I am...when Charles left the Bertram store I was bummed out; his replacement 'Chris' is cut from the same mold so all is good in our perfect little town again.”
“Great customer service. I decided to go with the 178/208 cam from them. Ended up having pitting, after 2 rebuilds long story not their fault. But I gave them a call, told them my issues, and were more than willing to work with me and get me set up and gave me a discount on the cam. Great people are very knowledgeable.
