ACCOUNT WAS ROBBED Last night I was awakened by a ping on my phone telling me that someone had just taken out $4900 of my checking account so I went ahead and got up at four in the morning took my truck and trailer parked down in front of Wells Fargo in Benbrook waiting to go in patiently before I went to work. After I walked in the door being the first one I told the young man what happened he sent me down at an empty desk with no one behind it and told me to call someone from the website instead of helping me or putting me in front of a banker that was half of what I had in my account. He said that was all he could do for me I've been with this bank for over 30 years I actually got a car loan on a Sunday when I was working for Universal Studios Florida because the banker and longtime friend of mine was there on a Sunday as the bank was open seven days a week for people to do their cashiers checks and things like that to spend money at the theme parks. So now I'm sitting here with half of the income in my bank and having to wait 10 days which will be after Christmas which means I can't buy the gifts for my family and my daughter. The Benbrook Wells Fargo is worthless. There's only two tellers at the bank that are really helpful and kind and would've helped me this morning however it was before they got to work I'm desperately thinking about changing to a new bank Wells Fargo you've let me down after 30 years truly let me down and didn't even care nonchalantly handed me a phone and told me to call the number from my phone instead of helping me at the branch which is why I waited and got there early to speak with a human being I am truly truly truly dissatisfied with Wells Fargo after 30 years it was very very poor customer service below zero. Addition: I was able to reach a representative while driving to work who actually helped and dug into my account. She was way more help than the personnel at the bank. Although said it's going to take ten days to get the funds back. The teller I usually deal with wasn't there today. They still need a person in charge that could've help the fear and desperation level down. I will say they need someone of more power to be the person with the ability to handle such matters. Living in Florida for years and always had staff that helped situations 1000% better they were like family. When you have $4000.00 taken out of the account without notice and wrongly taken you should get immediate help. Grady Bishop

I had to come here to up the ranking for this location because I don't find 1.5 stars to be accurate. Everyone I came into contact with was incredibly pleasant and responsive. They used my name when applicable and each person I passed made eye contact and gave a greeting. I would definitely come to this location again.

Called day in advance and scheduled an appointment to open a business account. Drove 40 minutes to get there. After banker met with branch manager was informed that banker specializing in business accounts was not in. Proceeded to try to tell me the proper documents to open a business account- not sure how considering both she and manager were unable to open account themselves and could not provide a description of requested docs. Manager did not offer any assistance or leave her office to try to explain. Will go to another branch with competent employees that know how to operate a bank.

I transacted business this morning and was pleasantly surprised, the staff was courteous and just went out of the way to make my transaction easy. no problem at all and a wonderful experience, this is my first review

Can't warn folks enough to keep their banking away from Wells Fargo as a whole. Second branch manager that was appalling to speak to. I have been a customer for over a decade and can not believe the lack of customer service received from this bank!!!!

We mainly use the ATM and do everything else automated from home or on our phones but this is one of the main branches we use. They have a lot of full services inside. Just like any other major bank these days, you have to deal with them offering you credit cards, insurance, and all kinds of other gimmicks to get your money every time you go in. The staff here is competent but unfortunately many of the services they provide can only be done by their corporate offices.
