Went ro like 6 different vape shops today on veterans day all of them but one was price gouging people $60 for novo 3 which is outrageous but then came here to vapor sensations in benbrook finally a place where they didn't price gouge me novo selling for $34.99 good deal great prices I 100% encourage yall to come visit for your vape needs also some 50% off vape machines come check them out military discounts also best vape shop in town I always say what I feel I don't hold back if yall know me by now thanks again to vapor sensations for supporting our troops and taking care of us

I purchased some nicotine salt from this shop. It was on sale for 50% off. I asked the lady if the product was expired. She said “no nicotine salts do not expire”. I said, are you sure? The last time I purchased the same product it was light yellow this is very dark brown. she assured me that the difference in color was because “it has a higher nicotine content.” At that point she encouraged me to buy all that she had “ Because her sale items go really quick.” Now I admit I should’ve done my research before I purchased more. When I got home and started using the product I noticed that it had no flavor at all. I flip the bottle over and noticed that it had expired 2 1/2 years ago. I got on the manufacturers website and confirmed that all nicotine salts DO expire. They’re only good for 1 to 2 years maximum. I completely admit that this is my fault for not verifying. I feel like the owner of the shop either lied to me to get rid of items she knew she couldn’t sell or she is not very familiar with the products that she apparently specializes in. I will continue to shop at Artisan Vapor wear integrity and quality products are always available . Boys and girls, at the end of the day you get what you pay for! ?

This is the absolute best vape shop that my wife and I have found! We have tried many others. We live in Cedar Hill and make the 40 minute drive when we need juice or hardware. If we didn't honestly believe it was the best shop in the DFW area, why would we make such a long drive? Also, you couldn't find nicer people than the two who own and run the business. Very helpful and friendly!

Oh my, can I just say that they were so helpful! I needed help with my vape and they took the time to fix it for me and helped me pick a flavor that was made in house. I'm not going anywhere else. This place is fantastic.

This shop has phenomenal service and phenomenal Delta8 THC products. They are very knowledgeable and only carry top notch products. If you haven't tried their Happy Shaman products then you are really missing out. I have never felt more energetic and euphoric as I did when I ate a gummy.
