“I had my stuff there for 6 years. The managing team at this time are awesome they are helpful, polite & so sweet. if for any reason they're not in the office the main office in has amazing people there also. If I was there ever need storage again but not use anyone else or just right there.”

“Uhual personnel are friendly not to knowledgeable on the vehicle's but then their primary business is a storage facility, so one can't complain they're local in Benbroom been here for years never had any real issues except for the last rental I rented a tow dolly the tail lights didn't work but that's pretty much on the renters not reporting the issue when they returned it.
