“I have been with this location for 2 1/12 yrs now and the newest manager is by far the nicest and most helpful! Gillian is awesome at her job, very understanding and thorough! I can't imagine why anyone would say horrible customer service as I deal with her monthly and she has been nothing but friendly and helpful! The pricing for my unit is reasonable and close to my home which is very convenient! Thank you to 377 Storage and Gillian for being there for my needs! Looking forward to continuing business!!”
“Uhual personnel are friendly not to knowledgeable on the vehicle's but then their primary business is a storage facility, so one can't complain they're local in Benbroom been here for years never had any real issues except for the last rental I rented a tow dolly the tail lights didn't work but that's pretty much on the renters not reporting the issue when they returned it.
