“I stopped in Sat after visiting the area for the first time ! As a retired first responder they treated me like family! Not only did they show me the shop and lounge the humidor was amazing! Being an over 3 decade long cigar collector and smoker the experience I had with both owners who were having an event still took the time to show me the whole set up ! The young man on staff that helped in the humidor was great as well ! What an experience ! Glad I stopped in and now that they put me in the system it automatically takes care of the retired first responders appreciation ! For that much respect! “Best cheapest price for pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes in town. But only have a few selections. Need to get more varieties and in stock. Lady worker was really nice and courteous. Paid $15 for 6 oz bag of pipe tobacco, 1.99 for Ace tubes. Don’t get Ace tubes, it breaks often. Zen is best.”

The energy the staff brings every single time I come in has literally made me think "they never have a bad day". Im always welcomed when i walk in. I'm very indecisive and I always ask for their opinions or knowledge about the products and they're always so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about their personal preferences. They often rotate out their products to keep the hottest stuff on the shelves so every visit I'm looking around and shopping for what's new since my last visit.
