The hallways did stink up stairs and the floors are very thin and the tv kept going out overall we slept well

Room was clean. Nice people at the front desk. But the breakfast was sad and the maintenance was lacking. I would rather have stayed somewhere else. Hopefully a little nicer.

Front desk associates provide great service. Housekeeping is prompt, rooms are clean, and this hotel has some not the best pillows. ? Shout out to Mickey for making guests feel at home!!! He's very kind, courteous, and humble. I would definitely recommend a stay here to someone else.Walkability: Circle K and Cracker Barrel are in walking distance.Easy access to interstate.One exit up to popular or fav stores and restaurants.

I booked a last-minute room here after leaving a nightmare hotel. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and semi updated. I really liked that they have reading lights on every side of the bed. That's a really nice little touch. They have a hotel cat named Marshmellow! He's super sweet and soft. Water pressure was good and so was the heat. No issues with noise level. Each bed had 4 pillows and actually weren't flat so that was really nice.

Prior to making a reservation at this hotel i called and spoke to the manager to make sure that this hotel would let me have my service animal during my stay before I drove over an hour out of my way. Approval was granted with the signature on a document. Once I arrived and the transaction was made, I asked if he needed my service animal identification. He, the manager, the same person i spoke to on the phone then says they do not allow animals. My refund has not been completed yet.

When I reserved through a third party site, the amenities included hot breakfast. Right after I got the confirmation email, I got an email from the hotel that breakfast would be grab and go. Bait and switch came to mind...The property needs updating, but it's a decent enough place to stay. It's a bit hard to get to, but if it's not a terrible time of day, you shouldn't have too much trouble.Average ..but a good price.

The SureStay hotel in Texas is worthy highlights of my traveling adventures for the year. I have stayed in six hotels so far this year, and this one is far away the best experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that my visit was not only a pleasant one.I was there for a week and Whenever I needed anything, they took care of it in the flash. Above and beyond and that’s where these days
