I recently visited Premier Nursery in BenBrook, TX, and was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. As a woman, minority, and small business reseller owner, I felt unwelcome and ignored by the staff. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I was avoided, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure that all customers, regardless of their race, are treated with respect and dignity. No one should have to experience discrimination, and I urge others to be aware of how different you could be treated here based on your outward appearance and race.

Will never come back to this place..
We sell a lot of plants to our customers all year long!
But he didn’t give us the opportunity to buy from them!!

Great variety of plants to choose from! Price is just right. The place is well taken care and well picked up! Well sectioned and labeled too! Great customer service,Staff members are readily available to help and answer questions.I would recommend this place for your plant shopping needs, garden tools and supplies. I love this nursery but was so sad that they never responded to me after months of calling for landscape services. I hired them to do landscaping and they did good but I called for more services and they blew me off. Sucks cause I really liked what they did but after calling at least 5 times, I decided Im not going to beg them for my business.

I had an unfortunate experience today at the Benbrook location. A lovely staff member offered me a discount however when the manager Terry came to assist with the transaction he advise that the representative did not have authorization to give a discount only he did and he would not honor the discount. He had an opportunity to make it right, but chose not to. I hopped on their website and was able to pull a coupon so I received a discount despite Terry’s unwillingness to honor what was promised to me. I will not shop there again due to Terry’s poor customer service.

Such a hidden gem! The staff was so incredibly helpful, there’s a great selection, and prices are very fair. We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience here. Heather was very helpful; she took the time to listen as I described some issues I was having growing rosemary, and she offered knowledgeable explanations and advice. I really appreciated it and definitely recommend this nursery.
