Truly a god send when my baby was first born and needed more milk than I was producing at the time. This got us through the beginning and she has been able to be breast-fed since then.

Mother’s Milk Bank of North Texas has made it so easy for us to donate milk by sending boxes right to my door. Any time I call I am treated with kindness and appreciation.

Theyre very rude on the phone. And if youre not white dont bother calling. Courtney had a codencending attitude and belittled me because of my accent.

The folks who work here are great and all, but when I drop my milk off (over 600 ounces) at one of their drop off locations (not their staff , but facilities that work with this organization) , the ladies at nicu hospital are NEVER welcoming or grateful of my donated milk! She never smiles, never says thank you, never even acknowledges that I’m doing all of this work for FREE , and frankly was annoyed at how much of my milk I brought in and demanded her coworker to put my multiple bags away , and again, walked away from me as if I didn’t just contribute to helping babies for free . So I stopped donating due to her , I am now donating to a different organization that actually cares and thanks me for all my work and effort !

This nonprofit has been such a blessing. We needed donor milk in the hospital which came through this group and we’ve been able to utilize the lactation consultant both virtually and in person for guiding us. It has been very helpful, informative and we are very appreciative of this group! Would recommend to any young mothers or families needed support.

When I first moved to Benbrook I saw when the milk bank first opened and being a mom who’s very passionate about breastfeeding I thought it was so cool. Little did I know I would end up needing to utilize the service. My son has a lip tie and breastfeeding has been a struggle for us. I’ve been trying to build my supply but today we had no donor milk and with the freezing temperatures I was told they were closed. My husband went over there anyway in hopes that someone would be
