“Every employee in this store said hello and asked if we needed help. When we asked questions, sometimes there were 3 employees adding input. They walked us to the proper areas. The store manager himself brought tile samples to give us a different look. There aren't enough good adjectives to describe our experience. There was no badgering; only helpful hints and questions. This is the place to come if you want a great selection to choose from and terrific help.”
“We purchased tile from The Tile Shop with Scott Barnes as our salesperson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to have our tile shipped out of state and he went out of his way to ensure our delivery was made in a timely manner. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and Scott's professionalism and his dedication to his customers.

“Tawana and Maria were absolutely the best with helping us finding items in the store and some curtains that were still packaged up when we needed additional packages. Super quick and friendly and checked on us during our visit. Did not catch the ladies name at the register but she noticed when a couple of our items had a color difference that we didn’t see so we could grab the correct matching colors before checking out. Was patient while we found the correct colors and very sweet.”
“I broke a glass globe on an island pendant light in my apartment. The lighting group/manufacturer refused to sell me a replacement and sent me here. Teri helped me with the manufacturer and stayed in constant contact via email and I got it in the mail relatively quickly.”

“I called these people looking for soft closing door hinges and I e-mailed a picture of them over to him. Even though he did not sell them he helped me locate them at a different store other than Pierce. After calling them and finding out they had them in stock I called the store back up and thanked them for going above and beyond. Wonderfully knowledgeable people and willing to help.”
“Gorgeous store with all the cooking and entertaining pizazz you want to look at again and again, and buy! but only if you have room in the kitchen. Ah yes, I do love that their wooden spoons (and pretty much everything else) will say Williams-Sonoma on them, but the tag will disclose made in China or made in Italy, etc. so you can make an informed decision about what to buy. I love the newer William Morris design items, and the colorful cotton or linen napkins are as luxurious as you would hope them to be. Browse Le Creuset, All-Clad, and more. Pick up a new set of veggie peelers for yourself or a neighbor. They have Madagascar vanilla and other specialty tidbits. It's great. However, there is something of a vibe here, and if you remember the Pretty Woman movie where Julia goes shopping with cash in hand, and how that went, it's a little bit like that. Even so, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here as long as I walked in the door packing confidence and focus, determined to be unphased while browsing the array of delightful goods.”

“Ollie's has great products with great prices. The store is always relatively clean and the employees are polite and helpful.
They have plenty of name brand items: Clothes, health and beauty products, food, etc... When going to Ollie's, it's like a surprise each time. There's no telling what bargain you'll find.”
