Pharmacy was outstanding in helping senior citizen like myself save $ from new prescription. I was shocked by price of new meds. They helped me out by working with drug company to reduce my co pay. I was moved to tears at their excellent service to help me out today. What a blessing, I received today.

Waited in the drive-through for a prescription. But they would not accept GoodRx in the drive-through. Had to come inside to use GoodRx. So took twice as long as it should have.

This location is absolutely terrible.. Save yourself some frustration and find a different CVS that actually does a decent job of serving its customers.

Nice young guy at the front wouldn't comment on the overflowing trash can on the south side. I mean overflowing AND on the ground. He parks on the OTHER side. I said you should look at it every day and empty it every day. He claims that they do empty it every day. I am going to have to start going across the highway.

Worthless. They can't figure out how to keep script-sync working, staff is slow as molasses. I've sat in line for 30 minutes for the three vehicles in front of me. I'm disabled so standing around in their pharmacy lobby so that is a non-starter. The idiots don't know what chairs are and if they did know, wouldn't know where to place them is typical of this store. Another example would be what happened today. Prescription sent by doc electronically around noon. I called at 1pm, "we don't have it", called at 2pm, "we don't have it", went by the store at 4:30, "we don't have it", I ask what the problem is and am told it may take 5 or 6 six hours to get a script electronically. Pure BULLSHIT. Called at 6pm, "we don't have it, and we "just" found out its a system problem. Could take hours or maybe days to fix so you need to go to your doc and get a written one". I told the numbnuts that doctors don't duplicate prescriptions. End result. Nothing. They know nothing, they see nothing, they do nothing. Hogan's Heroes all over again. Don't use this store unless you like thumb screws, guillotines or the rack.

CVS - please hire more people and give them custoner service training. People are at the oharmacy for health issues- its not a vacation so its bad when you have over worked, tired, miserable unhapoy employees with no empathy and their focus is not how to help but to get to the next customer. And CVDs and CVS Carmark push work off on eaxh other instead of working together when scripts are out. So disappointed

Pharmacy department got there 10 minutes before they close. Make me wait five minutes at drive-through told me to come inside just to tell me that they were close. Very dissatisfied. Customer.

I have been a cvs customer for over 13 years and used the Benbrook for 8 of those years I had a issue with a refill so went back to my doctor twice but thay never got the refill so went back to the doctor and got a paper script when I got back to cvs thay said it was in the computer already so I spent all day with this when all cvs had to was call my doctor to get it refill and to top that a staff member told me my feelings didn't mater I went off called the management the next day so a week later I go back the same guy never said a word and the other staff was rude so I went to wallgreens im done with cvs benbrook rude staff cvs corporate never called me back
