For the price point this hotel really should be five stars. I tried staying at the extended stay America before this and it was horific. This hotel is kept clean and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel staff did everything they could to accommodate me. The location on the other hand is kind of out of the way unless you're going to Benbrook.

Perfect location for what we were doing. Room was large and well set up and clean, but not sparkling. Staff was nice and helpful.

Front desk staff is kind but the hotel is horrid. The first room had unexplainable stains in every corner of the carpeted floor, splatter brown/red stains on the walls behind the bed, strange smell. The second room I was shown had a huge red/pink stain on the carpet, used utensil on the floor and used towel right at the front door. Unsafe neighborhood. Cops were there searching cars and it is next to a gas station/truck stop. Be careful when staying here.

This place was absolutely amazing! I called in before hand and spoke with the desk clerk expressing how I was overly tired from the drive and they allowed me to check in early. After that, my reservation was misquoted and the front desk, Miss Vindehi, fixed it and even gave a new rate to ease the confusion. I will always choose this just from the top service and abilty to make me feel appreciated.

PLEASE BEWARE of CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEFT. I stayed here Tuesday night , checked in around 2am with someone named “J bascal”. I’m not too sure that is the correct last name as the other employee I called today was not helpful and would not give me the guys name that checked me in. I woke up this morning to fraud notifications from my credit card company stating there was $121 charge at a restaurant in forth worth. Then a charge to Hulu. The charges were made online, to be sure no personal information was known of the person that stole the card. This is probably not the first time this employee has done this. The last time I used my card was at this hotel. He told me not to put my credit card in the machine, instead he swiped it on his own on the computer (which I found out through the manager that not using the machine is against policy) I was driving across country and stopped there only for the night to get some rest. I woke up today in TN after not using my card at all, since the comfort inn. I thought I might have left my card in Texas, but nope, it was in my purse. The only logical explanation is that the employee checking me in copied my credit card information onto whatever he swiped it on. My mom said she saw him write something down which might have been the security code. I have filed a complaint with management of the hotel, and have also contacted Choice headquarters and filed a formal complaint that has now opened an investigation. The manager admitted wrong doing of the employee for not using the correct method of payment and I hope he faces repercussions for his actions. He also asked me multiple times to not write reviews online , but I have to share my experience and warn others, this was not ok! PLEASE BEWARE of charges on your card after staying at this hotel (or any hotel) if you use a credit card. It’s so disheartening that someone working in customer service would do this to a patron.

Checked into this hotel yesterday because our power was off due to a storm. I tried to let the front desk know about my son's autism as a courtesy. I asked if they could accommodate us by giving us a room away from others in the hotel or possibly on the first floor, so he would not disturb someone's stay. The manager at Comfort Suites told me we could not stay if he got a single call from another guest complaining, "if he's jumping around or screaming in the middle of the night, we will make you leave." I said, "no problem, you can refund us our money if that happens." He said, "no, you will not get a refund. You can get a refund right now" I said, "let me get this straight, I just wanted to be upfront as a courtesy to the other guests, so you're not going to let me stay in a room I already paid for? This sounds like you are discriminating against me because of my son's disability." He would not let it go. Finally, I said, "sir, with all due respect, you are harassing me about something that hasn't even happened yet. I wanted to give you a heads up in case you could honor my request, so we wouldn't potentially disturb anyone. You said you can't. Why do we still have an issue?" He did all this infront of multiple guest checking in. This was at the Comfort Suites in Benbrook. The manager's name is Kunal P. I will be letting corporate know and filing a complaint with the ADA. You cannot discriminate against anyone with a disability. It's against the law. I cannot believe I was mistreated like this.

My family and I had a great experience here. We came after the big DFW power outage. We did have to wait longer than expected to be checked in and in our room (due to power outage effecting house keeping's ability to clean the rooms). I thought that the staff handled the frustrated customers waiting for rooms beautifully and with great patience. Our room was clean and smelled good. There were some signs of wear to be expected at the price point. Breakfast was really good with variety and plenty of portions. My only critique would be that the hot tub tiles and water could use a good scrub. For us, the stars here are definitely the staff and breakfast.

I went to comfort suites when my electricity was out and I have been hospitalized for pneumonia so I needed early check in. They gladly understood and allowed me to check in early, no xtra charge! My room was cold which I loved! They were very obliging and my stay pretty much saved my life! I highly recommend this facility for the added touch of caring that they give????Rooms: Very cool. Good location and the front desk staff was very polite, but the room I stayed in was really dirty and had several maintenance issues - TV remote didn't work, sink was stopped up, crumbs all over the desk area. I won't be going back.

Everything looked really nice and clean until we got up to our floor. It started with the stinky, sketchy elevator, saw 4 crickets on the way to our room and 2 in our room. We could not sleep because of the crickets chirping all night long. The floors were filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The coffee maker was dirty, trash on the floor, the bed was so high up I had to jump to get on it. Just all around not a good experience. The pull out bed was horrible and filthy.

I came to this hotel because i try to stay at choice hotels and i stayed here previously it was ok, but when i checked in this time the front desk clerk failed to tell me there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed so when my kid tried to set bed up they had nothing when we went downstairs to ask for blanket and pillow for pullout bed we were told they were all out! Clearly u could have told me that before you charged me for the hotel... im so beyond pissed right now because nothing was done aBout this i gave my children the bed and i just sat at desk and now i habe a crook in neck i definitely will not be a returning guest to this hotel nor any other choice hotelS!!!!

The front entrance was really nice look'ing and the staff was friendly. But the room and hall ways were disgusting. Very visibly obvious that this hotel has not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. The floors have trash every where, the coffee maker has stuff all over it, there's bugs and crickets everywhere. We couldn't sleep because a cricket was chirping all night somewhere. The water in the shower leaked all night it's just so obvious this hotel is not clean. This is our 3rd choice hotel in different cities with the same problem. We will never stay at one again.

The hotel was clean, and in a good quiet location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for an extended period of time for work and I was very comfortable the whole time.

Place was horrible. Room has roaches. Room floor was dirty. As soon you walk into hotel smells like mildew. Breakfast was bad. We walked across street to Cracker Barrel. top it off some guest got stuck on elevators and had to take stairs when told the staff they said oh yes we been having problems with it.
