I took my daughters car in for a headlight job. After charging me $300, there was a short and it wasn’t fixed so I was overcharged and it wasn’t fixed. When I called and spoke to Kevin he said when they aren’t busy I could bring it in to see if a squirrel had chewed the wire but he neglected to say when that might be. He offered no discount. I have been overcharged for labor before but the job was fixed. I decided to take it to the dealership. Don’t waste your time or money.

Way overpriced. Got a job done at a fort worth garage for less than half the price they quoted me. Be sure to just get a quote and shop around.Service: Electrical

I called on a Thursday for our 2012 Suburban's brakes squealing.Steve, Kevin and team had me booked for an appointment first thing Monday morning and new front brakes/rotors (and an oil change too!) just in time to pick up my kids from school. Love the attention to detail. They also didn't charge an arm and leg unlike some nearby competition. I also appreciate the welcoming, personable and trustworthy nature of the Benbrook Car Care team. I definitely be back again and highly recommend this company and worthy expertise.Service: Brakes

I called yesterday to ask about installing a Timbren suspension system that bolts to the frame right above the rear axle of my Silverado. It was kind of a hurry up deal since I was picking up a travel trailer on Friday (09/30/22). Kevin said he would look at it first thing if I would meet him at 7:30am on Thursday. He looked at it, asked for my keys and pulled the truck onto the rack. I sat down in the waiting area still not sure if they would be able to complete the job. I had already spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to do it myself. Popped the top of my soft drink and started to peruse the interwebs. Kevin walked in and handed me a pair of bolts that were not needed (long and short supplied). He looked at the cashier and said "half an hour" and walked back into the shop. Went to the cashier to pay and sitting on the counter were my truck keys. What now I thought. Paid the bill and went to sit down and the cashier said it was ready. I thought to myself ready for what? Turned around and the truck was parked by the door. Ready to go. To say I was flabbergasted would be a huge understatement. Done in no more than 20 minutes. Bill was in the mid-fifty dollar range. I had previously called 4Wheel Parts and they quoted me $175 and it couldn't be scheduled until the following week. This is the third time I've been to BCC. Won't be the last. The service is unbelievable. Friendly folks willing to help a decrepit old man when they could've easily said no (given the number of vehicles in their bays). Thanks to everyone there from an old fart who thought he could do it himself.
