2 stars is being generous because I still think it's possible maybe something serious actually happened to him and that's the reason he fell off the face of the earth. Because he was very kind, I'm just so confused.Keith was very responsive when I originally reached out, he said even if he couldn't help me he could get me in touch with someone who could. I emailed him the entirety of what I had been dealing with, and scheduled a time for him to come do an assessment. We had scheduled for Tuesday 6/27 but he never told me a time, so I kept the day open. That morning I asked what his schedule was that day and when he could come by. He didn't answer me the rest of the day and never went to my house. The next day he told me he could do Thursday at 11 or Friday any time. This was annoying mainly because of the disregard of my previous message and the fact we had planned for Tuesday. I chose Thursday because at least there was a specific time he was available.When he got there he was very personable, nice, and easy to talk to. He told me the previous company totally botched the water remediation leading to the mold. He told me I should get an attorney and that he would do a thorough job at writing a mold report and get everything I would need to help me out in that way. He found mold behind walls and under floors with his thermal imaging and he also had an air quality tester, digital moisture tester, and a camera. After doing all he needed to do he let me call my parents with him to reiterate everything he said to them because I had been dealing with black outs and memory loss. He told me they could get started on remediation the next week (4th of July) which was in a few days. He said he would get his report sent to me by that evening. That didnt happen, I had a follow up question that night and the next day he responded and told me the report would be done early afternoon. Nothing. On Sunday I followed up again thinking maybe he had sent it to the wrong email. On Monday July 3rd he responded apologizing it was taking so long and said he was almost finished and confirmed my email address.Still nothing. About a week later my mother called him because she was wanting me to get this finished so I could go out of state and start treatment. He told her "oh I emailed that to her a long time ago, did she not get it? I just assumed she went with *** (the company he told me to sue)***." He said when he got parked that he would check the email and send it again asap. (Even though I know he has my email address because that's how we had been communicating, and it's the last thing I had confirmed for him in messenger.) Then I think he just put a notice on his phone to not answer her calls. He never sent me an email, he started screening my mother's calls, and screening my messages.I'm genuinely so confused what happened. I've reached out a few times via Facebook and email in the last 2 months just politely asking if I could at least get the mold report. I said if he doesn't have time to do the job that's fine just please tell me so I can move on. I prolonged treatment and finding another remediation company for 3 weeks while I was waiting on him and he ghosted me. I feel very scammed, but I'm confused on what the scam would even be? He seemed so genuinely nice.So all in all, I would say if you've already been screwed by a remediation company, I wouldn't waste your time here! He knew what all I had gone through but decided to treat me that way regardless. I was hoping at least for a professional response stating he couldn't help me or he had too much on his plate. Nothing. To screen calls and completely ignore a client you are working with is so disrespectful. Zero stars for that alone. ?
