I wish I can give them a zero star very bad customer service poor service they lady on desk she doesn’t care if the system is working or not she is not helpful or neither being nice unprofessional and every time I called she hang up on me her attitude was horrible .and every time alarm goes on they take 10 min to call the police coz nobody is available at the their service I got robbed and they called the police so late ,anyway I have not enough worlds to describe how horrible they are I would never recommend to any one

VIP has provided excellent service and support for the last ten years. My most recent interaction was with David. He has always been easy to talk with and goes into detail in explaining the operations of the equipment. When I call, I can always count on Marsha to have a cheerful and upbeat greeting. I am considering upgrading my current system and David has provided a suitable replacement.

I had heard such great things about this company. As a scared mom whose daughter's car was broken into in her driveway last night, I want to make her safer. I don't know why this company is so uninterested in helping a scared young woman. I would have paid whatever they wanted, changed monitoring companies, agreed to every recommendation they made. When it's your child there are no limits. Marsha, the owner, seemed more interested in finding reasons why the company wasn't right for me than actually listening to what I wanted and was willing to pay for. As soon as she found out I have an existing security system, she just kept telling she can't touch it (I bought equipment myself, not company supplied) even when I tried to tell her that I am open to changing monitoring companies, not locked into a contract, she kept saying we can't help you, call your monitoring company--it was like she was so busy telling me no that she wasn't listening to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND service not at all what I expected Mark me really disappointed

We have been using VIP for over 6 years now and I can honestly tell you, that every employee that we have done business with, from Marcia at the front desk, to David and his team who have come to our home several times to enhance our security system, have been amazing! We started with a basic system, then a year later had cameras installed, then a year later we started with basic home automation, and each time, we have received professional and prompt service. There has not been ONE incident where our alarm has been set off, and VIP wasn't calling to check on things within a minute. The value and personal relationship that you get when dealing with a local business can't be matched by the larger based security companies. I would endorse and recommend VIP to anyone I know, because having a sense of security in protecting ourselves and our loved ones in our home is priceless.

They were wishy-washy in their communications to sell it and they didn’t even show up for the install time. We confirmed with them a couple days before and they still didn’t even show up!

I wish i could give this place zero stars! This was the only alarm company i could go with because it was already installed in the duplex i live in! The lady Marsha's customer service is TERRIBLE she doesn't care if the system doesn't work she only cares if they get paid!!! If you could go to someone like ADT do it!!! Also it will take them forever to call you if an alarm does go off! I know this because my landlord came in my home, the alarm went off she text me immediately and VIP called approximately 20 minutes later asking if i needed them to alert the authorities! By that time if it was a real emergency who knows what predicament i would be in!
