Must be the slowest store on the planet... waited 20 minutes to pay a phone bill because I was right there...left for 10 minutes and went back... still same to people at desk....so unbelievably slow

Went in to have them transfer data to wife's new Fold 6,
and traded in my note 20 ultra for the note 24 ultra.
We both love the phones and this particular Verizon Store. The salesmen were great and very helpful.

I dont like Verizon but the guy who manages this location is great. I have had little to no "okay" experience's with Version or their customer service. That being said, the manager here is great and works his butt off. Will absolutely go back to work with him in the future.

I had a great experience in the Belton store. They were courteous and professional, much more so than the Temple store. They helped me with my flip phone and we all got an education. I live in Temple but will take all my business to the Belton store.
