Came to pick up the mailbox key. The loan is in my wife's name so her name is listed on closing disclosure which is 1 form. My name is listed on every other paperwork in the closing documents as a homeowner with my wife. Wouldn't let me get the key. Use some common sense.

Warning...Warning...Warning. Extremely Horrible Customer Service Located Here!!! I had been regularly using this Post Office location for various services and also had a P.O. Box here ever since April of 2021. On or Around March of 2024 I decided to speak with Management about a huge concern I was experiencing with packages being marked as delivered to my residency that in fact were not being delivered. After roughly six of these reoccurrences I decided it was time to speak with Management about this issue!!! When I arrived I asked to speak with the Manager. Someone showed up to address my concern. I provided this person with the most recent tracking information regarding a package that was shown as delivered the day prior that in fact had not been delivered at the time I was addressing this concern with the Post Office. I respectfully & patiently spent roughly 30 minutes there being asked to move from one station to the other so the Clerks could assist other customers arriving to the Post Office for services. This is because the person assisting me continued going to the back area of the post office to research information several times. The person assisting me informed me that the package I'm locating shows as delivered once it arrived to the post office and not my residency which was / is the ship to address on these packages. I asked this person why that would be the case and they put the blame on the Austin Post Office that delivers these packages to the Belton location. I asked this person if there was anything I can do to stop that from happening as this was not the first time and I do not believe that is right nor should be happening. This person began to get frustrated with me and turned her back on me and walked away without a resolution. Meanwhile a customer that had just shown up tells the Clerk to service her now as she was there for services. I didn't care for this persons attitude and let her know. A small interaction took place and the person who wasted my time for 30 minutes came back up to the front; called the police and had me criminally trespassed from ever being able to return to this location. This is when I found out that the person that assisted me wasn't even a Supervisor nor a Manager as I had specifically requested upon entering. The other day I was unable to retrieve an important letter because the delivery person claimed I was not home when they initially tried to deliver it. I received two PS Form 3849-SD's in my mailbox outlining a few options for redelivery or pickup. I cannot exercise option 3 which is to Go to your local Post Office to recover unless I want to get arrested due to me being criminally trespassed from this location as I previously stated. I logged online to schedule redelivery which did not take place. I also spoke to the delivery person the next time I saw them in my neighborhood and informed them of my current concern with retrieving this letter and told them I had filled out both forms and was hoping they could redeliver to my residence. The delivery person told me they would deliver it within one - two days. When I checked my mail box two days later the yellow PS Form 3849-SC was written on with red ink by the Post Office stating "We already returned to Sender." Check attached photo for your review !!! Beware attempting trying to resolve a valid concern with this Post Office. You won't get a Manager when requesting one and can end up getting criminally trespassed as a result...What a Joke from the Top all the way down!!!

These guys are the definition of government workers. Get here at 4:27 because I have a job and have to sign for a package before heading out of town, tell me they’re closed and won’t help. Don’t expect any help from these guys.

My review is about a mail carrier who delivers on my street. My mom has dementia and he always tells me to say hi to her. It makes her smile and I appreciate that small act of kindness.

Package required a signature so I was home to wait for it. Driver pulls up to my mail box slips a attempted delivery note inside.!if you’re that lazy to not even step foot outside your truck to deliver my package like you’re supposed to, then you need new job.

I have been waiting on two packages to be delivered to my home. They were out for delivery today only for me to receive the message “no access to delivery location.” Nothing was blocking my mailbox. Nothing at all!! There was no reason at all for them not to be delivered. And because they chose not to deliver the packages, they also chose not to deliver my regular mail! How lazy! Do better!!!

I havent gotten any deliverd to my house ,since 2 days before thanks giving . I called last week and was told we will take care of it . Now here it is saturday and i had amazon packagess saying out for delivery in belton and still havent gotten any mail . Somthing isnt adding up

I missed delivery of a signature required envelope. I tried the USPS website for redelivery scheduling and it repeatedly said “currently unavailable.” I called the Belton post office on Wall Street and George took my call. He was incredibly helpful and arranged for my carrier to deliver the package to me today. George is awesome and every time I go into that post office location, all of the employees are very friendly, professional, and efficient! Thank you everyone!! What a delight!

When the postal clerk goes and digs your 1.11 eBay envelope out of the Dropbox to send it back for simply .19 of additional postage it’s just not right at all, idk what the female postal clerk’s problem is with the short black hair & Baylor lanyard but I’ve been a very regular customer trying to provide good service to my online EBay customers, and when you send me back 6-8 letters all over petty change rather than speaking to me about it first , that upsets my customers and out of the years I’ve had online businesses, you’re the only person to do that. One of the letters I even used the kiosk and you still sent it back (postage was already nearly 1.50) As much as I enjoy talking to the other employees at this post office , I won’t be going back so I don’t have to deal with that non-considerate clerk. Plenty of other post offices in the area that I can at the least expect some kind of consideration.
