UPS at this location can have a long line depending on the day, but they're pretty quick and efficient, hence their friendly and outstanding customer service.

Most of the time yall are great, but recently a young lady you hired doesn't want to come down our road. Yes it's rough but ups has come here many times. My last package had to be picked up by us in Belton. The young lady driver said we had a locked gate, false. So we get inconvenienced because she doesn't want to do her job!

Well! I walked in with a package I needed to return to Amazon. So, I showed the QR return code from Amazon that was on my phone to the young lady working behind the counter. The QR code was scanned...a label appeared, my receipt was printed, and, the clerk had the return label on the package in like 2 seconds!!! I was in and out of The UPS Store in less than 5 minutes. YAY! Oh, And, they have two reserved parking spaces right in front of the Store!
