We bought a car a few weeks ago. This establishment is apart of Dennis Eakin. I was told I would have a lifetime powertrain warrenty with my purchase but I dont have it in writing so I need to find out about that. Overall they honored their "We Owe". We are so far satisfied with our purchase.

These guys are awesome! Eddie did everything in his power to get me out of there in my new car and he did wonderfully! I love it and I'll definitely recommend them in the future! Thank y'all so much! 5 stars!Edit: they never sent me a bill. After 3 months I tried to find out why. They never answered and then called offering a tank of gas for the positive review I left. I fell for it. Go to the dealership and they took my car with all my stuff inside and told me I needed to leave the property. My stuff was put in trash bags and left on the side if the road where I had to wait for a ride for 3 hours because they wouldn't let me wait inside with the ac.....just...wow

Dispatch lady, Didi when you talk to her before work is scheduled she is super nice and would lie to you and not explain the details of work that will be performed, make sure you are clear on the work, they coupons they send thru mail has false advertisement, they do non of that here is an exampleDryer vent cleaning :$99 when the tech showed up he said I only clean vertical if your vent is making a 90 decree turn to the side of the house than $25 for each feet, Didi never said anything neither their coupon , I complained to Didi all she had to say have a nice dayIt has been a miserable experience with them, as a customer there is nothing you can do, or get some refund all I can do is use social media to make sure people don’t use them in futureNext I am going to file a complaint with BBB Texas

We bought our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan here on January 7, 2019. Going above and beyond here is an understatement. Kenny Bonheim waited by himself for us to arrive with less than an hour until the dealership was due to close for the night. He then gave us the full customer service treatment. When we needed help due to a vehicle accident last week, Mr. Bonheim took hold of our situation and got us set up in our van in less than 2 hours.

Kenny at Texas Right Choice went above and beyond for my wife and I. We have been searching for a low mileage, used minivan for several months. The type we were looking for would sell quickly every time they became available at other dealerships. We came across the vehicle we ultimately purchased from Texas Right Choice through CarGurus and Dennis Eaken KIA. The KIA dealership had told us the vehicle was at Texas Right Choice and we let them know we'd be out to look at the vehicle the next day, but it wouldn't be until late in the day. Kenny called us the next day to verify we were still interested. We had already reviewed the VIN history on the vehicle and were almost positive we'd be purchasing, so Kenny took care of all the paperwork for us. We had about a 2 hour drive from where we were to the dealership. Due to traffic, construction, etc, we were 30 minutes past closing time when we arrived. Kenny was great and texted us several times to check in on our drive, but he never rushed us and was very generous in waiting for us. He said he had also had another interested buyer but held the vehicle for us since we had been in contact with him. The vehicle is perfect for our family's needs and runs perfectly. He also gave us a great deal that fit within our budget. We were in and out within just a few minutes of arriving and we are thoroughly enjoying the vehicle. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get the deal we got and to have a reliable vehicle.

Ken and Eddie are the smoothest sales team around. No pressure sales. Most relaxing car experience I've had in my lifetime. Vehicles are clean.
The name so befits my SUV, THE RIGHT CHOICE. Thanks for my Buick Enclave. PS Did you know the interior trim lights up?!!! Awesome!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Came in simply price shopping for a second vehicle late Saturday. Before we were even fully out of our car, we had Eddie coming outside to see if there was anything he could do to help us. He knew the cars on his lot and was able to recommend different cars based on our needs. Monday, we drove off the lot with a new (to us) vehicle due to his professionalism and willingness to work with our budget/needs. Thank you!
