Excellent facility to keep your boat or RV. Very clean and well kept. Had an issue once with the gate not opening, called and the manager got someone out within 20 minutes to get us in!! The location is excellent to Stillhouse or Belton and the price is great. Only reason we left was a spot opened up closer to home. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their boat or RV.

Locally owned and operated. Beautiful brand new facility with electric. The owners are very easy to get in touch with and are super helpful. The facility is located about 1/8th of a mile from the Stillhouse Marina gate. Couldn’t be more convenient. 24 hour gate access makes it ideal for Bass fisherman. Very happy I found this place!

Please do not waste your time and money on renting climatized storage here. During the summer months they say the thermostat is set at 76 degrees. (79 degrees winter months) However, my thermostat was reading 81 on a daily basis. You could walk in and right away tell the ac had not been on, the humidity was so high my boxes were damp. The management excuse was it's a metal building, it's not insulated like your home is. Wrong answer! If you pay for climatized storage it should be cooler inside than it is outside! The humidity should not be high. The hallways of the interior units are dirty as well. I don't think they ever sweep them
