Cory takes every step of the way from inspection, paperwork, starting and finishing the job. Did the final inspection of the job ensure everything is done correctly and nothing was left out. Explained the warranty and final paperwork. Good job Cory and R&R Roofing!

R&R Roofing did an amazing job replacing the roof on my home! We actually just had an entire roof replacement last year and because of the tornado, there was lots of hail damage and unfortunately it needed to be replaced again. They were recommended by someone in my neighborhood so I contacted them and got a quick response! Jonathan Bautista came out the very next day and did his assessment and we had the proposed estimate within a few days. Pricing was great compared to others and Jonathan was easy to work with, didn’t hassle us in any way about insurance beforehand and was great with communicating and keeping me updated on all aspects leading up to the roof installation. Job was completed in one day and the workers were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up after themselves. Considering the amount of damage to the homes and businesses in West Temple, where I live, the job was done in a reasonable time frame!

I see all of these positive reveiws and am truly surprised. I had a completely awful experience with this company - in particular with Jordan- who seemed to be the only roofer ever availabe, but yet he wasn't. He was unable to show up at the scheduled day/time due to a family emergency. However, he never called or had anyone else call me, to let me know. I called him and he explained his situation....Okay, forgiven. We set up several other appointments- again he was a no show and never bothered to call. I had to call him each and every time. Eventually, he did show up, seemed to do an okay job - so I let the poor customer service slide. However, I repeatedly asked Jordan for a gutter estimate, and he promised to have someone contact me, but no one ever called or came out to give me an estimate on gutters. Also, Jordan was supposed to show up and do some additional work around my chimney area - again, he never showed up and never called back - so I quit calling. He could not have been less interested in having me as a customer. I have a new roofer now. Sadly, R and R Roofing provided terrible service all the way around....and that is being generous.

Cory was very professional and attentive when I addressed some issues I had with his crew doing my roof but they did a great job and the clean up after was done by Cory and he made sure nothing was left behind, especially nails in my yard since I have dogs. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is becuase of Cory

5* for sure! Great costumer service, our sale person Amin and office lady Marie know how to take care of their costumers! Thank you R&R Roofing for our beautiful new roof(soon gutters too)! The whole process was so easy and smooth!

Considerable caring of these nice folks to resolve my roofing needs. Went beyond what I thought anyone would do to wade through all of the insurance dragging their feet. My thanks to Brant who is very nowledgeable and evaluated my roof, a very good crew doing the actual roofing and I can't forget the very nice office folks. Brant worked with me on a one on one and I had the pleasure to work with Maria who works in the office. I can only say the whole team at RR are the best!! Thanks Rob for your friendlyness and care.

Amazing customer service! Hail damage peppered my roof to needing a full replacement. Contacted my home insurance and they told me to find a company to work with. I instantly got with R&R roofing due to their incredible reviews and work done see all over town. They walked me through the whole process and even got me taken care of with my insurance company. In the middle of the summer heat, the guys had my roof replaced in just a day and a half and had everything cleaned up like they were never there.

R and R roofing was a good experience , I had to call them many times to see what’s going on, they don’t call customers and tell them what’s going on, I had to call so many times to found info but they are friendly people, I have not been there to see the work they have done

Jeremy was wonderful to work with, and helped us each step with putting our new roof after the storm here in Temple. Our roof looks better than before, R & R Roofing gave us the best price, and the workers were careful and done with everything within two days. Jeremy checked on us before, during, and after. This made a difficult situation much easier. My husband and I would definitely use this company again, and we have already recommended them to our neighbors.

From the moment I contacted Zach I knew that we were in good hands and the stressful situation of needing a new roof from a storm would be taken care of. Everything was explained with confidence and any questions I had were answered as they came up. The crew was professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend CXR Roofing. And I love that they were not harassing me by knocking on the door the moment our roof was damaged. No one likes those visits.

Cory Carter took care of the Inspection, Marie compiled the findings to submit to my insurance company. This company took care of my home as if they were caring for their own. They answered all my concerns and in a timely manner took care of my roof. The crew cleaned up afterwards and respectfully took care of my house. I would recommend R&R contractor for all roofing work.
