My experience was wonderful! From the second I came in to Main Street Bridal, I felt so welcomed. Kimberlyn really cared about finding the right dress for me. I have been pretty picky about what I wanted in my wedding dress, and I honestly didn't know the words to even describe what I wanted. I had been to a few other places already, but all the dresses I tried on just didn't feel right. I thought I may have to settle on a dress because I was too indecisive, so I didn't expect to have that 'for sure' feeling when I came in. But when she brought this one dress in, I instantly fell in love. It was everything I wanted, without knowing I did. It was an instant yes, me and my friend cried. I look at photos of it all the time since my appointment. I'm so grateful to Kimberlyn for taking the time to find the most beautiful dress in the world for me! Thank you!

I would love to praise the wonderful seamstress at Belton Bridal that worked some major magic for my bridesmaid dress. They turned my factory made potato-sack dress into the perfect dress for my body type! Greatly appreciate the hard work and kind attitude in helping me.

I came in with my friend who recently got engaged and wanted to try on some wedding dresses. This was her first bridal store and first experience wedding dress shopping. We were unaware that it was by appointment and when we walked in there were two consultants and one of them greeted us and said "welcome in, do you have an appointment?" And we said no and she just responded with "well feel free to look around!" So we did (for context no one else was there other than us and the consultants). Then as soon as my friend found one she wanted to look at the other consultant came up and said welcome in then asked "do you want me to take that for you?" We immediately thought she was going to put it in a dressing room or something but she yanked it out of my hands and put it back on the rack. She then stated that they are very busy today. She then asked us where we were from and we said the area as well as UMHB. Then she said again "we are too busy for you." She then asked when the wedding was and my friend stated "probably this summer" and the consultant made a face then stated that wedding planning takes a long time so she needs to set up an appointment with them soon. Then she proceeded to look at the size on the dress then looked at my friend and said "it's going to take 4-6 months to order a dress for you." We then walked out. She was rude. None of us will be returning.

Gentlemen, if you are in need of rental suites I highly recommend renting from here. Kimberlynn went above and beyond to accommodate me and all my groomsmen for our wedding. Great customer service and outstanding communication throughout the process. My wife also purchased her dress from them and I can proudly say she looked perfect. Her experience was just as great as mine. I’d vote 10 stars if I could.
