Dr.Mac is awesome and answered all my concerns and questions ! All the staff here are so nice and very polite, my child left the office in a great mood which is amazing when you have young ones that hate going to the dental office. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist.

Worst experience. Took my 16 month old there today for an exam. They took us to a 8'x10' room designated for toddlers that had dead crickets all over the floor and what looked like dried sauce or food on the desk. You'd think they'd atleast sweep up the crickets so the babies don't get ahold of them since it is a room for toddlers. Also I did not approve of how they handled her first exam. We were to hold her down on her back and the dentist forced her mouth open shinging this bright light on her ...she was terrified and screaming....I was hoping for a more gentler approach at her first dentist appt, not to mention the dentist was a male and had a very loud deep and intimidating voice so she was definitely freaked out and I regret taking her..I won't be taking her to a dentist again till she's old enough to understand what's going on because the forceful approach scared her so much she cried the whole way home. I highly suggest not taking your young toddler to the dentist unless there is a cause for concern cause all they did was look around, did a quick brush by hand and rubbed some fluoride on 3 of her teeth. Not worth it.

We were referred there for our first dental appointment beyond just a cleaning and x-rays. The staff was extremely clear about what was expected of us when we arrived, and once we got there for our appointment everyone from the reception desk to the hygienist to the dentist was absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain everything that was being done before it happened, and took the necessary time to keep our anxious patient informed and calm.

Dentist was great, but the lady that cleaned my child's teeth needs more patience with younger children. When the dentist came after the cleaning, she complained my daughter moved a lot. The dentist just dismissed her comment because it's normal. Also, the ladies at the front weren't very professional. There was a lot of personal conversations while people waited for them to help them.
