My boyfriend came to get a haircut and the woman COMPLETELY went against what he wanted, I understand it could have been out of her comfort zone maybe she’s used to cutting woman’s hair but that means nothing. If you go to school to cut hair in general then you should know how to cut hair. If you work at a salon that cuts all hair you should know how to cut all hair, he didn’t ask for anything hard or complicated all he wanted was a trim and she cut his hair so far beyond a trim, him and his mother both told her it was to short and she just kept cutting, if you see that your client is unhappy it’s your job to fix it or give them a damn refund because you clearly can’t do your job right. If she wasn’t comfortable cutting boys hair and doing a SIMPLE TRIM, tell that to your client and pass them on to someone else and if no one is available you can tell them to wait until someone who knows how to do their job can cut it.

It's so frustrating to give exact details how you'd like your hair trimmed and then get totally opposite. I asked for one inch to be cut straight across on the length and clean up the layers as well. I had about 3 inches cut and my style that I love completely changed. Why do hair stylist cut and style the way THEY want? It was rush, rush. I hate the way it looks now! Never Again

We can no longer come here after several bad experiences with hair cuts for my sons and husband. They are careless, in a rush, and not friendly at all. They treat us like cattle and the results have been uneven, sloppy haircuts. We paid $24 for a basic men’s cut for my husband which was a basic fade and not only did she leave his head red and sore, she also left it drastically uneven. I ended up having to buzz his entire head that night. Waste of money. I suggest Supercuts right across the street, where they take their time and do a great job on every haircut.

They messed my hair up so bad, I asked for half a inch of the top and the lady cut all my hair off, I look terrible, never go here and if you own this place you need to fire the old lady with brown hair and highlights she's southern and just doesn't care

My experience was great! The stylists were friendly, their service fast with little waiting. Wendy listened to how I wanted my haircut, and she delivered with flying colors. Way to go, Wendy!

The music they play here is nasty and explicit, and not appropriate at all for a family hair salon. The worker smelled like cigarettes and had really long fingernails that kept stabbing my head. Some comments from family after receiving my haircut were "Yikes" and "I hope you didn't pay for that."

I had a really bad cut yesterday at a different hair place. I came in to this Great Clips and Rebecca was able to get me fixed up and looking good. I really appreciated the work and the salvage of the prior work. Thank you Rebecca!!!!!!!!!

I got absolutely positively butchered. No one there knows how to cut a medium fade without doing a high and tight and giving me the fade of a sloth. 100% no.

This is my go to place. I always check in online before I leave the house and when I get there we barely have to wait. All the hairstylists are kind and patient. And they save what u like in their computer.

We had 2 little boys. I am rating 5 because the young lady that cut the 2 year Olds hair was very sweet and did exactly what we asked. The one that cut the 4 year olds hair cut it much shorter than we asked and pretty much did it the way she wanted. We asked for a trim but left long, she cut it in a short boy cut. He is adorable regardless.
